Pool Party Permit

Residents of Watershed Park are welcome to invite guests to accompany them and use our pool during normal pool hours. Guests may not use the pool unaccompanied, and guests and hosts must follow all posted rules.

When a resident wishes to host 6 or more non-resident adult guests outside of their immediate family* at the pool the resident needs to apply for a pool party permit at least two weeks prior to the event. A pool party permit application is below.

The board reserves the right to limit the number of parties held at the pool, so that the primary role of the pool continues to be a place for residents to gather.

When a party is approved the HOA will post a notice of the party and inform other residents, but in general the pool will be open to other residents and their guests during a party. (See below for exception.) No more than 20 guests may be at a party.

If the resident/host wishes to serve alcohol or guest will consume alcohol the resident must provide the HOA with addendum to their own insurance naming the HOA as an additional insured or secure a Special Event Insurance policy of at least $1,000,000 naming the HOA as the insured. If alcohol will be served or consumed the board will post a notice that the pool will closed during that time to anyone under 21 years of age. It is the responsibility of the resident/host to ensure that no one under 21 consumes alcohol and that no one is overserved.

Failure to follow these rules will result in a $500 fine.

Resident/hosts and their guest are welcome to bring food and beverages to the pool providing they follow the following rules:

  No glass!

No food or beverages in the pool.

Please remember that dogs are NOT allowed within the pool fence.

Resident/hosts are responsible for seeing that the pool area is cleaned after the party wiping down tables and checking the restrooms for trash.
